Indian red lentil soup

water, coconut milk (18%) (coconut extract, water), spinach (14%), sweet potato (11%), tomato paste (5%), onion (5%), red lentils (5%), herbs and spices (MUSTARD, CELERY), tapioca starch, rapeseed oil, lime juice (lime juice from concentrate, preservative (E224)), vegetable stock (carrot, onion, cauliflower, water, salt, rapeseed oil, dextrose, starch, herbs and spices (CELERY), sunflower lecithin), salt.
In the pan (recommended):
Add the soup to a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Do not forget to stir regularly and make sure that the soup does not boil.
In the microwave:
1. Remove the foil and transfer the soup to a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Heat the soup in the microwave at 800W power for 5-7 minutes. Stir regularly in the meantime.
Plastic deksel was gescheurd, gelukkig nog wel een folie om de soep te beschermen.. Soep verder was lekker
